 Very sharp styled pants for the well dressed lady. Have to Have by Liz Claiborne [Micheala] style. These are cotton with 2% spandex so they have all the comfort needed for all activities. their shape wash after wash. Always retains Front zipper with clasp at waist. Waist has elastic sides for even more comfort & proper sizing. No waistband sits just below the waist. Was $65 new.  measurements are: 40-44 waist. inseam 27. 50 hips. You won`t be disappointed.
