ANY PERSONALIZED ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE ONCE CUSTOMIZED. Some items are excluded, those items that are not personalized in any way can be returned as long as rec'd in same condition as sent, not worn, washed and all original tags in place. and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to long delays with customs, we can not accept any returns outside the USA or Canada. IF ITEM CAME WITH FREE SHIPPING THE COST OF OUR SHIPPING TO YOU WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.

     Payment:

Payment is due in seven days. If payment is not rec’d we must file a non-paying bidder claim with EBAY to recoup our seller fees that were charged when bidder purchased item. PayPal is our preferred payment service. Any customer outside of the USA must pay by PayPal, no exceptions.

   Customs and Duties:

International customers are responsible for customs duties, local taxes, tariff and other fees required for delivery beyond the actual shipping cost. We will not ship items as gifts, only as merchandise or commercial samples.


 

Depending on orders traffic, items can take up to 5-7 business days to be shipped, we usually always ship sooner (usually 3-5 business days) however, we sell only quality and some orders may take longer than others.  All USA customers usually have their order in hand within 10 business days.  If you are ordering from outside USA orders still shipped same time, however due to customs etc, orders may take slightly longer to receive.  Some Items shipped to Canada have taken 3 weeks to be delivered after shipment, we have no control over customs.
