As the proprietor reads the ticker-tape, clerks are busily posting the latest 'bid and ask" notices on the highly ornate quotations board. The group consists of investors, speculators, gamblers and assorted wheeler-dealers. You'll note the glass domed stock ticker, the clock mounted in the quotations board, and other fine details.
