Up for auction is a very hard to find 1970 Monogram/Mattel Super Taxi kit no. 6896.  This is an orginal issue, not the later remade issue that you see.  How you can tell is the box has Monogram/Mattel on it. This is a Tom Daniels designed Suped-up mod chevy Nova hack. The kit was issued in 1970 the year mattel purchased monogram, it is a 1:32 scale snap tite model kit that is put together. The kit is complete with display stand, original instructions and awsome box. I did notice that the tiny tabs that connect to the bottom of the rear tires and snap to the base were broken off, but inside the box so you can easily reglue them. I know for a fact that these kits were only made 1 year (1970) and are extremely tough to find.

Shipping :

The majority of our packages are shipped through USPS, with all items that fit in a USPS issued priority box being shipped Priority. Larger boxes will be shipped Parcel Post, which could take anywhere from 10 to 18 days to be delivered. All packages being shipped outside the USA with a weight of 4 lbs or under will be shipped first class. Packages over 4 lbs being shipped outside the USA will be shipped priority mail. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay any insurance that is optional upon checkout. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. We will gladly combine multiple purchases to save you on shipping cost, but we do not adjust shipping cost from what is stated in the ad. I do work a full time job and do all packaging and shipping with in a 10 day period from the time you pay for the item and not from the time the auction has ended.
