4-Pack of Grandcell AA Rechargeable Alkaline batteries, date stamped for guaranteed 1.5V in the pack until Sept or Oct 2007, after this date may need to be topped off for full voltage. Useful lifetime after start of charging cycles several years or 300 recharge cycles, frequent charging extends lifetime while full discharge/recharge cycles will shorten lifetime. Same great technology as Rayovac RENEWAL, but at half the price! These AA RAM batteries have capacities up to 1800 mAh (800 mAh for AAA) depending on your application. Refresher course on Rechargeable Alkaline Manganese batteries - these RAM batteries are different from NiMH and NiCd batteries, please note the following instructions:

• RAM batteries are best for moderate current applications and are not recommended for digital cameras which draw high currents.
• RAM batteries cannot be charged in NiMH/NiCd chargers or they will leak, use only Grandcell or Rayovac chargers specifically rated for Rechargeable Alkalines.
• RAM batteries last longer if recharged frequently, fully discharging the batteries will shorten their lifetime significantly. There is no memory effect, so recharge often for best performance.
