Offered here is a pale lavender Fluorite with the Rare Earth Element Yttrium in it.  This stone comes from Nevada.  It grows in a rare botryoidal form in the zone of a giant volcano caldera.  (Botryoidal crystal formations resemble clusters of connected round ball-like formations that radiate out from a central point, somewhat like a bunch of grapes.)  These stones have been respectfully hand harvested.

When I first held this stone I really felt a sense of order and peace.  This is one of my all time favorites for calming and stress reduction.  I have a large piece by my bed and often at night I hold it for awhile and it seems to drain off all the jumble of the day's energies, smoothing things out.  According the Marilyn and Tohmas Twintreess, co-authors of the "Stones Alive!" series of books: "When we listened to the heart of the stone, we found that it converses cellularly with humans. It speaks directly to us at that level and spontaneously shows our bodies the way to immediately regenerate. Just holding these fluorites makes our bodies tremble with integration."

 This stone is tumbled but not polished.  It will arrive nestled in a pouch for safe keeping.
