Satisfaction Guarantee For domestic transactions (USA), you have the opportunity to inspect the merchandise upon delivery, and if you do not want the item(s) you may return it (them) for a 100% purchase price refund under the following terms: 1. Contact us by email within 3 days of delivery of your merchandise if you want to return your purchase. After 3 days, all sales are final, so please inspect your order. 2. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the package must be sent so that we may reasonably expect to receive it within 14 calendar days of issuing an RMA . Late returns are subject to a possible 20% restocking charge. 3. The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered with packaging materials, parts and accessories, and any bonus or free items included. 4. The refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are not refunable.

While we encourage you to contact us, manufacturer's defects must be addressed by the buyer through the manufacturer during any warranty period offered by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is the sole authority for determining warranty service. Subjective issues of fit, texture, finish, quality, "feel", etc are not grounds for a shipping charge refund. Policy Notices: We try to honestly describe the condition of all items. "New" means unused, and in most cases means in the original packaging, first quality merchandise, but may also be shelf pulls and may not be in its original packaging. It does not mean new as in current in-line season merchandise. NWOT means 'new without tags'. NOS means "New Old Stock". "Used" means....well,... used, and generally will be scratched and have obvious signs of wear. We often use stock photos, so the item shown may not be the exact one you will receive if we have a number of similar items in stock. All sizes listed are per manufacturer's specification and we do not warrant fit - this is especially important with regards to boot sizes - please be sure before you bid. SKIS: If your order includes skis with new ski bindings, bindings are shipped unmounted unless otherwise specifically stated in the listing text above. By bidding, the bidder explicitly agrees to have ski bindings installed and/or adjusted only by a certified binding technician. Mounted or not, all Ski/binding packages CANNOT be used immediately upon delivery. Snowboard bindings are designed to be mounted and adjusted by the end user, and the winning bidder is responsible for learning how to properly mount and use these bindings. Privacy Policy: Personal information from you, eBay, Paypal, or anyone else is protected - we don't sell it, give it, or transfer it to anyone except as required to complete the transaction (for example, we have to give your name and address to the shipping company) or as required by court order. International Transactions: We will accept International transactions for shipping only to Canada, but there are conditions.
