     All items are sent ordinary post unless you request registered post,registered post cover you against a "lost or damaged parcel",ordinary post has almost no claim if something goes wrong in transit.                       

  Once your parcel has been given to an australia post employee,it is no longer in my possession so it is out of my control what they do with it.I won't be held responsible for another persons mistake for "non delivery or if they damage your parcel",they can deliver your parcel to a wrong destination,if you don't recieve your parcel contact me so we "both" can fill in a missing item form,if your parcel has been damaged in transit you have to take the parcel to your post office and fill in a customer complaint form then it is up to them if they will consider a damaged item claim if the item is sent ordinary post.
