YES RETURNS!
30-Day Return Period ! You have a full thirty days from the date your merchandise is received for a refund. The items must be back in the possession of idjnow within the allotted 30 day period.
Exceptions to refund policy: Computers & computer software like PCDJ, Serato, Final Scratch, DVDS, all Apple products, Bulbs, Lamps, Liquids for foggers, snow machines, bubble machines and hazers, cables, open fog machines, open snow machines, open cartridges and needles, video projectors, plasma displays, plasma cases, trussing, stages , microphones and headphones. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Special orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee up to 25% will be charged on opened boxes missing a material that is not returned back in "Like New" and re-saleable condition.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on ALL Grundorf, Gator and Odyssey Cases. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you return a damaged or defective item you will receive a credit when the item is back at our location. You may then choose a replacement item or a different item once the product is received back.
Promotional Items and Rebates
Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. This also includes the value of our Free Shipping promotion. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount.
How to handle your return:
Simply contact a Customer Support Representative Monday – Friday 10 am – 5pm EST and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) after you've completed our RMA Authorization Form via email. We will not accept any return without an RMA # authorized from I DJ NOW . PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO WRITE ON OR MARK THE ORIGINAL BOX OF THE PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE BOXED IN ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX FOR RETURN.

On proven defective items only we will issue a return UPS return label. For non defective items we recommend you insure the package and obtain tracking numbers for your records.
