Description

Decantus is a unique by-the-glass wine decanting system. The DECANTUS utilizes the Bernoulli (a Swiss scientist) effect where the reduced pressure of a stream of fluid (wine) draws an air flow through diagonal thin tubes inside the DECANTUS. The sider opening on top and larger liquid capacity of the top reservoir bowl makes pouring into DECANTUS easy. Wine travels faster through the DECANTUS without a whirlpool effect, because of the vertical planar insert. The "froth" from DECANTUS has fine bubbles giving smoother aeration than other aerators on the market. The DECANTUS Deluxe has some serious curves. Wines with Sediment
When sediment is detected in a wine bottle, insert the sediment screen into the top of the DECANTUS. Serve wine through the DECANTUS by the glass or pour it slowly into a decanter. This screen is only available with Sediment Screen.

HOW TO USE: Hold the DECANTUS™ over the wine glass. Gently pour enough wine to fill the top reservoir bowl. Place the DECANTUS™ into the base or pass it on to another person.

How to Clean: The tapered cleaning brush allows removal of wine stains from inside bottom tube only. If inaccessible stains occur in the inner parts, submerge the lower part into a glass of warm water until the stain is no longer visible. (The two diagonally tilted thin tubes cannot be cleaned with the brush as the tubes are too small.) Base should also be washed to remove any wine that may have accumulated during use.

Storage: Store your clean and dry DECANTUS™ Aerator in the included velvet storage pouch.

• Item ships "Curbside Delivery" via common carrier; it is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up, or clean up.

Most items ship out within 1-3 business by FedEx or Common Freight Carrier. Large items are shipped via Motor Freight Standard curbside delivery. Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.

Items shipped via Common Carrier will have a flat rate shipping charge applied to that item. All standard deliveries will be brought to the door or threshold of your house or building. Your shippng includes insurance and all additional charges related to residential deliveries such as liftgates.

All truckline deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Save all packaging and do not destroy boxes etc. in case of return. You have 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be honored.

Multiple orders of these items will be the flat rate. of a lift-gate or inside delivery service will carry additional charges. When receiving shipments from Common Carrier it is recommended the Buyer have two people to help receive and move the item. Please contact us for special service deliveries.

No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. BeverageFactory.com is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, typographical and/or transcribing errors, and others factors beyond our control.

We accept returns for items within the first 30 days of receiving your merchandise for any reason. We will not charge a restocking fee as long as you return them to us with the following conditions. You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-710-9939 or fill out the form below. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, you have 30 days in which to get the product back to us. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
