Hello.....Here is a very interesting old newpaper partial page, 3 columns (2 complete, 1 about 2/3 page)....removed from The New York Times, or The Brooklyn Eagle?....not sure....in ave. shape (wear, age-toning, etc.).....great for a real estate person, or even someone who may live in these apartments, flats, buildings, etc. to see the various addresses, and neighborhoods, and what the rental / sales rates were.....Here's an example under: "City Flats To Let" (Furnished), "To rent, Furnished For Summer, from May 1 or June 1, flat, seven rooms and bath, West 57th St., Fourth Floor, $50.00, adults only"......not every ad has a price included in the listing....Also: "449 West 22nd St., Four- Story English basement, good order, at $1,000."......or this, "Saint Claire, 265 West 129th St., Elegant Saloon Entrance, nothing to equal it down town for double the money; rents $25 to $38."........NOTE: I will include a few more late 1800s articles; GREAT reading...... Winning bidder pays $4.95 S+H (will be shipped folded).....Thanks, Ed.
