Cover commemorating the actor Al Jolson 8/19/83 at Hollywood, CA. Cachet is printed. Cover is mint & unaddressed. I will make most items 'Buy it Now' on request from buyer. Payment is accepted in U.S. Dollars only. Mint full-gummed U.S. postage is accepted for payment at 80% of face value. Buyer pays $.99 shipping in the U.S., $1.50 to Canada or Mexico, $1.80 international. Due to a number of buyers causing charge backs thru Paypal, I no longer send domestic shipments without insurance & International shipments without $12.00 registration. Additional insurance fees include packing materials that the USPS now requires. If you choose not to pay for these options, I will not be responsible for items lost by the Postal Service.
