Rare Fisher Price Tuggy Turtle Pull Toy No. 139

This is a rare Fisher Price No. 139 Tuggy Turtle. The body is made of wood and the hat and shell are made of plastic. The lithos on the wood are in great condition. The plastic shows some light wear. The yellow fins on his legs are in great shape. It has the original pull string. The front two legs were broken and someone glued them back together. Look at the pictures. I don't think they put them back correctly because it does not pull correctly now. I can not get the wheels to turn freely. I under stand that as the wheels turn it is suppose to make the tail wag and then make a noise. The tail does move easily. Overall this is a very nice piece, it would make a great display piece.
