• Payment is expected within 7 days.  Payments can be made by Paypal or with your VISA or Master Card called into us.
• All Canadian residents pay GST and Ontario residents pay PST.

• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three days of receiving your shipment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
• If a return is necessary, you must obtain an RMA number from us within three days of receiving your shipment which should be attached to your package
• There will be a 25% ( of total cost ) in restocking charges.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  If you prefer, we are can apply your credit as a store credit or gift card.
• Most in-stock items ship within one day of receipt of payment.   Inventory items may be out-of-stock in which case we will provide you with an approximate ship date. 
• NOTE: In the rare event that we are unable to supply the listed item, at your choice, we are can offer a refund, an upgraded substitute product of equal or better value or a store credit.
