measures 11 1/2" long  x  3" wide  x  2" thick....remnants of original red & green paint on the hull....holes drilled into the topof the deck, fore & aft.....cabin floor is hollowed out with some grey paint remaining......carved out of one piece of wood....the cabin looks to be a latter addition and in nailed to the hull......!!!
