This auction is for an original pen and pencil cartoon by Franklin Collier.  He did cartoons for the Boston Herald in the 1920's.

Title "Otto Grow's contributions to Music Week". The light areas are from the flash not fading.

I will gladly combine cartoons for a savings in shipping.
