BRICK WALL STENCIL

Our brick wall stencil has two overlays with two rows of two bricks each, offset to create that layered look and each brick measures 6 1/2" x 4".

Use acrylics and dab on two to three different colors then splatter with a little deep gray or black to create very real looking bricks!

 Repeats easily and is so much fun! Remember that bricks can be stenciled in any variety of colors so don't let the natural red dominate if you want a brick wall of another color....... try grays, blues, taupe, even beige and sand colors... it's gorgeous!

Have you always wanted that "brick hole in the plaster look" on your walls like the pros do? It's EASY! Tear a large hole in to a piece of newspaper and tape the opening to the wall (so that the hole is over the area you wish this effect to be). Now, stencil the bricks over the hole in the paper.

Once complete, remove the paper and you will see that your bricks are in the shape of the hole in the newspaper.

Using a flat, 1" artists brush, thin a little medium brown craft paint with water (to the consistency of skim milk...you know, so that it's pretty watery)  and trace inside the outline of the brick design to create a shadow. Wha La! A brick "hole in the plaster" is the result and it's way fun!

Stencil is laser cut of 5 mil, heavy duty mylar that holds up beautifully to repeated use.
