This great old photo album belonged to Frederick Walker of Manchester Street, Manchester, New Hampshire. He attended UNH in the late 1920s and became a Captain in the US Army in the early 1930s. These 200 plus photos date from the 1920s and 1930s. They include photos of old girl freinds, schoolmates, UNH, hiking and camping trips, Washington DC trip, Niagara Fall trip, beach scenes and many others. One page contains five photos taken from the top of the University of New Hampshire water tower! There are a number of photos taken at the top of Mount Washington. Also fifteen plus photos of flood damage in Manchester, NH after the Hurricane of 1938. These photos are not pasted to the pages and can all be removed if desired.
