Postage is extra outside the United States. Items going to Italy at buyer's risk due to the poor postal system there. I don't like PayPal as they stole money from me, but the queen of the ebay world says you have to use it, no choice for you or me. If I tell you that other forms of payment can be used they will pull my listings from the auction. Great system. Email the queen and let her know what you think you her new system. I love dictators.
