We generally ship all items within 2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.  Depending on how far you are from Pennsylvania, you will generally receive your item within 1-7 business days after we ship whether it is shipped ground or freight. All items shipped will be insured at no additional cost and an email will be sent when the item ships with tracking information (when available). We do discount on shipping for purchases of multiple items when we can and this discount will be reflected in our shopping cart upon checkout.  Please be sure to add sales@3gorillas.com to your address book so that you receive all correspondence.

This item is subject to a FIXED RATE SHIPPING price which means that the shipping fee will be the displayed amount for all ship-to destinations shown. Our Fixed Rate Shipping Fee includes all shipment insurance, shipment notification (when available), fuel surcharges, handling, packaging & repackaging as well as residential curbside delivery service including delivery appointment setting on freight shipments. Everything listed is included in our shipping price with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.  When shipping freight items, the packaging and security of the item will cost a large percentage of the entire shipment fee we collect. We strap freight items to pallets and package them thoroughly to ensure your item gets to you safely and we pay our carrier extra for appointment scheduling so that you are around to receive it!

**The fixed rate shipping price is for the continental United States only and does not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico which we cannot ship to. We also cannot not ship to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes - you must provide a physical address for shipment in order for us to ship the product. ** Canadian Customers - our fixed rate shipping price includes the shipping, insurance, brokerage and duties fees - you will be charged a 5% GST Tax only when you checkout and you are responsible for no other fees**

We expect to receive payment within 7 days from the end of the auction and thank you in advance for your prompt payment. Please note that Sales Tax of 6% is collected in PA.

Please check the Item Report above in this listing for the warranty that is specific to this product. Generally, there is a 30-Day Replacement Warranty on most of our Refurbished / Tested & Working items with the buyer responsible for all return shipment fees. If the item has a Manufacturer Warranty, you should first contact the manufacturer directly to handle all service and return issues as you will only need the receipt of purchase from us.

In the event that you have a return, please email us for a return authorization number (RMA#) - NO UNAUTHORIZED returns will be accepted! If product is sold DOA arrival it will be guaranteed to work upon arrival only. Other refunds for change of mind, color, size etc. will be charged a 20% restocking fee from the original purchase price. Upon receipt of return, we will refund for the purchase price of the item only, we do not refund the amount of the original shipping charge nor the return shipping charge.
