• All items sold as is unless misrepresented. We do not refund shipping charges.

• No warranties are offered or implied and all concerns about service should be directed to the items manufacturer. 

• No returns unless we make a mistake in description. No returns for buyers remorse. We will correct our mistakes. Don't Panic. If its not fatal, Its no big deal. 

• If you want to return an item, seller must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item that you wish to return it. The return must be for product related reasons and the item must be received no later than 10 days from the time you notify me. Returns must have insurance & delivery confirmation. Return postage is NOT REFUNDABLE. 

• Every effort is made to photograph and give a detailed description of the items being sold and I answer questions to the best of my ability. I am not an expert on anything. Most items being sold have been previously owned and may not be perfect, if I see something wrong I mention it and picture it. If you need to return it, postage is not refundable. ***Please bid accordingly.

• I don't live at the computer. Don't wait till last minute to ask me questions. 
  Our store hours are: Tues-Fri. 10-6, Sat. 10-4. Other times by chance!

• Shipping - We offer 5 star shipping service.
  We charge actual shipping plus a $2 handle fee plus box/pack materials if needed.  We combine shipping on smaller items that allow it.  We ship worldwide unless marked otherwise. If shipping seems high, talk to the carriers. Nothing we can do about it. We sometimes use Fed-Ex in place of UPS. We ship mostly USPS. 

• International Buyers – Please Note:
  - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. -These charges are the buyer's responsibility. -Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. **We do not falsify customs documents. • The few negatives we have received over the years were usually due to buyers not reading our terms in advance of bidding. Please don't make the same mistake.
