I've won an auction, what do I do next?

• Feel free to make a payment immediately.  Payment instructions will be emailed immediately after the end of the auction.
• We handle many transactions daily, so do not personally send out notices when payment has arrived.  If there are any problems with the payment, we will contact you immediately.

How much do I owe?

• Please reference your winning bid.  If you are located in the U.S., there will be no shipping required.
• For all non-U.S, buyers:  Add your winning bid to the shipping rate.  This is the amount due.
  (this is already figured for you in the email you will receive after the auction closes)

  How do I pay? 

• Immediately after winning your action, you will receive an automatic email from eBay explaining how to make payment.
• We process all Credit card and Debit card payments using PayPal.  (www.paypal.com)
• You may also make check payments using eChecks through Paypal, but please note that these take about 4 days to clear.

OK, I've paid, where's my item?

• PayPal payments are processed immediately. Winning item will be shipped within two (2) business days.
• As noted above, eCheck payments may take up to four days to clear.  We will ship immediately upon this clearing.

How do we ship our items?

• We generally ship via USPS.  However, we reserve the right to ship with an alternative carrier at our discretion.

 I've won multiple items.  Can you combine shipping?

• U.S. Sales: Shipping is free (no matter how many you buy)
• International Sales: For international buyers, we can combine ALL CD and DVD purchases.  Shipping & Handling will be $5.00 for the first item, and $2.00 each for additional items. 

 Will you ship to where I live?

• Simple answer... YES!  If you live outside of the U.S., delivery may take longer, but we will be happy to ship to you!

Why was my shipping rate higher than the stamps on the item?

• In the interest of offering quick shipping to our customers we have decided on a flat fee for shipping all of our items anywhere in the world.  This means if you are across the globe or across the street, the shipping will be that same for that item.  We realize that this may result in the shipping rate to be higher than the actual shipping price, but if we had to figure shipping for EVERY item we sell, our handling fees would be that much higher for everybody and would have to be reflected in the price.  The posted shipping rate also covers the handing as well as the packing materials.  We strive to keep this fee as low as possible and appreciate your understanding.
