Ultra rare item. An original photo album of the German invasion of Russia. 153 total photos. All housed in the original album. 38 pages with 4 to 5 photos each. There are 5 album pages in the back unused. All photos are the same size at 3 3/8 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches tall. All are sepia toned. The out of focus photos are from my camera. Every album photo is perfectly clear and crisp. I have not removed any photos so I have no idea if any information is on the backsides. Photos are like card stock regarding material. Tissue material between each page.There are photos of Generals, Soldiers, Tanks, Ruins, Casualties, Civilians, Cannons, Airplanes, Soldiers at post during the winter months, etc. etc. etc. Obviously I cannot post all the photos. 95% are military scenes. The others are showing the results and hard times of war. Album size is 12 1/2 inches x 9 inches. Inside page states in German: EIN JAHR FELDZUG IN DER SOWJET-UNION 1941-1942. The translation that I came up with is: A YEAR EXPEDITION IN THAT SOVIET UNION 1941-1942. No tears, damages of any kind that I can find. 100% fine. Ships within the US by priority mail flat rate @ 13.00. I will pay for insurance within the US. International bidders please contact me regarding shipping and insurance before bidding.
