TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING/HANDLING INFORMATION:

• Expedited shipping will ship by a method  that should arrive within 3 business days.  Possible shipping methods include UPS Ground (within a limited geographic area of the location from which the item ships) and USPS Priority.
• NO PICKUPS, NO EXCEPTIONS. All items must be shipped we are no longer able to offer a pickup option.
• Items paid in full by 5pm Central time are generally shipped the next business day. Occasional exceptions do occur. We do not offer same-day shipping. NOTE: Payments received after 5pm Central will be considered received the next business day & processed accordingly.
• Buyers with the following addresses MUST choose Expedited shipping (no UPS no exceptions): All non-continental US addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, PO boxes.
• Buyers with addresses outside the US MUST choose Overnight shipping, which will be via USPS Express Mail International with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
• Appropriate postage must be paid with your initial payment, or your payment/shipment will be cancelled & you will be asked to resubmit with correct S&H charges.
• If you plan to purchase more items, you may wait to pay for them all together. However, payment must be received for all auctions within 7 days. Be sure that your payment is sent within 7 days of the first auction ending. For multiple items, you pay full shipping for the item with the highest shipping cost.

TERMS:

• ALL SALES FINAL
• If you bid & do not pay, a non-paying-bidder notice WILL be filed with eBay. Per eBay guidelines, multiple of these notices on your account may result in account suspension. Non-paying bidder notices will be filed 7 days after the close of auction for all auctions where payment is not yet received.
• Items for which payment is not received within 10 days may be relisted & no longer available to a non-paying buyer after that time.
• For items with manufacturer warranty: All warranty/repair work must be done through the manufacturer. If item is received defective or needs repair, buyer must make arrangements with the manufacturer to have warranty work done. Email us for help if you need additional paperwork, or help communicating with the manufacturer regarding your warranty. We will help where we can, but cannot perform warranty work ourselves. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost either back to us or to an authorized repair center.
• There will be a restocking fee on all non-defective and unauthorized merchandise returns. Minimum restocking fee is the greater of $10 or 10% of the item price.  We do not refund S/H charges.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Most of our eBay items are sold new or factory refurbished, and come with a manufacturer s warranty. Many items may also qualify for eBay s warranty program.
