SHIPPING will be USPS Mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery confirmation and insurance are included for domestic. We generally ship daily, but cleared payment must be received by 1:30 pm Pacific Standard Time to ship the next day. If you have special time constraints, please email us prior to purchase to verify we can meet them. A $3.50 handling fee is charged for each auction to cover the costs of insurance, time and packaging materials. This handling fee is already included in the shipping calculator. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to any return. Only unopened merchandise may be returned. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. For returns due to our error (ex. wrong item), we will accept responsibility for return shipping. If the return is not due to our error, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Packages returned to us marked Refused, Undeliverable, or otherwise, or returned without authorization are subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee.
