Return Policy:

• Exchanges will always be the first action taken on any phone issue, regardless of the issue. 
• Any buyer that insists on a refund as first remedy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are happy to fix any mistakes in a timely manner, and most times have a replacement item available and ready to be shipped.
  

Return Policy Conditions:

• Monster Mart offers a (7) day limited warranty. This warranty period begins when item is delivered from shipping courier to the customer. Warranty includes product functional condition and does not cover damages caused to or by item after received by customer. (Additional warranties are available from SquareTrade above and are highly recommended for used electronic products)
• Monster Mart reserves the right to exchange or repair any defective item as first course of action.
  
• Monster Mart will not offer exchanges or refunds of any kind after (7) day limited warranty period has passed.
• Batteries are consumable items and are not warrantied for length of charge. (unless described as brand new)
• Used phones are warrantied for functional purposes only, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for cosmetic issues. 
• Monster Mart does not accept returns on service parts such as LCD's, housings, keypads, and parts sold for use in repairing phones. (due to the nature of item and potential for improper installation and damage)
• Monster Mart is not responsible for your cell phone service availability, charges, features, or insurance in any way. (including but not limited to insurance premiums, activation or special feature fees, etc)
  

• All Returns or Exchanges must be approved by Monster Mart before item is returned to us. Please contact us through eBay or at Cellular@MonsterMart.com with any issues. If deemed necessary, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be given.
  
• All items returned to Monster Mart must include a RMA # on the outside of the shipping package. If an RMA # is not visible on the outside of the package, the item may be refused.
  
• If an RMA # is issued, the item must be received by Monster Mart no later than (7) business days after the RMA # is issued. Any items that are issued an RMA #  and received later than (7) days after the RMA # issuance date will be rejected.
  
• All returns should include all original items including (if applicable): boxes, inserts, manuals, and all accessories.
  
• If any item is received as an RMA and is missing components, parts, accessories, original box or instructions - a restocking fee will be imposed to bring item back to original selling condition.
  

• Cell Phone auctions clearly state carrier/service provider that phone is compatible with. Monster Mart will accept phones purchased by customer error. (Customer purchases clearly marked Verizon phone and cannot activate on T-mobile) However, a 15% restocking fee will be charged, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  
• GSM phones that are sold as "unlocked" are guaranteed to function for cellular and text messaging use on GSM providers in the United States. Internet and extra feature functions are not guaranteed on unlocked GSM cell phones.
