We ship to the United States inclusive of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. There is a flat rate of $20 to ship to these areas.
(Buyer is responsible for any duties or fees charged by customs)
STANDARD SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Normal shipping time is 5 to 7 business days from receipt of order. West Coast deliveries please allow 7 to 10 business days. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery, especially if outside of the contiguous United States. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified by postcard or email..

NOTE: Free shipping applies within the continental U.S. It does not apply to purchases made through eBay or eBay auctions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Everyday Home Outlet, return it to us within 21 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less original shipping charges). Please review the instructions below to initiate a return.
Returns Policy
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please email us at returns@everydayhomeoutlet.com with the following information: Your order number (found in the upper right corner of the packing slip) and the reason for the return by indicating one of the following:
1- Not as described
2- Did not match picture/image
3- Does not fit
4- Poor Quality/Defective
5- Shipped in Error
6- Package arrived damaged
7- Item/Parts Missing
Upon receipt of your request, a Return Authorization number and form will be emailed to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.
