I love to combine shipping for you!!  Shipping for one DVD auction won will be as specified in the listing and each additional DVD auction won thereafter will add only another $1.00 shipping/handling.  Just let me know if you are bidding on another item and I will hold shipping on the first item until any additional auctions you are bidding on are over.  My listings say that I usually take up to 3 business days to get your item shipped out, but DVDs are usually shipped the very next morning!!

All of my items come from a clean and SMOKE-FREE environment. 

PAYMENT:

Payment is due within 7 days of end of auction.  Please do not bid unless you are intending to make payment.  After 7 days without payment a dispute will automatically be opened.

SHIPPING:

No local pickup is available.  Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.  I offer a shipping discount for multiple items, so please take a look in my store to see what other items you might be interested in.  I will charge the normal shipping for the first item.  For each additional auction that you win you will only pay an additional $1.00 shipping/handling provided that your items can fit in the same box or envelope.  For the larger items such as the larger toys I may need to package these separately so there will be no discount.

I believe strongly that when your payment is received, you have earned positive feedback.  I don’t believe in waiting to see what feedback you leave for me before I leave feedback for you.  If, for any reason, there is a problem please email me and I will do what I can to fix the problem to your satisfaction.  Please do not leave negative feedback until you have given me a chance to serve you, the customer, and make it right.

REFUND POLICY:

I have done my best to fully and accurately describe this item.  However, if you are unsatisfied a refund of the purchase price will be granted within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.
