Slingerland 1971 Factory Natural Maple 8x12" Tom $9.95
  Description

Open to INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS! This NO RESERVE auction, is for a vintage 1970's Slingerland "Sound King" series tom. The shell measures 8" deep x 12" wide, and is made up out of three plies (maple/poplar/maple), and has solid maple glue rings. The interior is factory finished in a natural maple.

The serial number is # 87602.

The exterior is factory finished in natural maple also. The maple finish is in nice condition, but it has yellowed with age, and there are some scratches in the paint, especially on the back, where the snare drum rubbed up against the tom.

There are twelve "soundking" lugs, the lugs are pitted and look ok. The top hoop is a stock Slingerland "stick saver" chrome plated solid steel hoop. The bottom hoop is a generic model. This tom is equipped with a Slingerland internal muffler assembly. This drum is factory equipped with a "Setomatic" tom mounting plate.

This is a nice clean tom, and it sounds great!

Shipping and handling, including insurance, will be $15.00 to anywhere in the continental USA.
