This is such a sweet dress with a rounded neckline and at the highwaist on the left are three (3) matching material absolutely beautiful roses!  Dress slips over the head  This is such a wonderful dress for the Holidays, for any Sunday and special occasions all winter.  Brand: Designer - My Twinn.  Materials: 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex, machine washable.  The measurement from the highest point at the neckline to the bottom of the dress is 31". From highest point at the sleeve seam to the ends of the sleeves is 16 1/2". From underarm to the other underarm is 14".
