Durable cast aluminum feedhead incorporates dual groove quick-change drive roll and spring-loaded tension arm with calibrated tension knob, all designed to make setup easier and faster.

Thermal overload protection shuts down the unit and activates over- temperature light if airflow is blocked or duty cycle is exceeded. Automatically resets when fault is corrected and unit cools.

Tip Saver short circuit protection shuts down output when tip is shorted to the work. Extends contact tip life and protects internal components from damage. Trigger reset permits quick reset at torch rather than unit.

Standard Built-in solid-state contactor circuit makes wire electrically "cold" until trigger is pulled. Makes unit safer, and is easier to position torch to work before starting to weld.

Easy access to output studs provides convenient polarity changeover when switching from solid or flux cored wires.

Self-resetting motor protection circuit eliminates the need to find and replace fuses.

Uses 4 or 8 in (102 or 203 mm) spools and can be set up to weld with wire sizes .024 - .030 in (0.6 - 0.8 mm) mild/stainless steel and .030 - .035 (0.8 - 0.9 mm) flux cored.

Terms: We expect payment within 3 days. If paying by money order or cashiers check we expect payment to be mailed within 3 days and to receive notification of such. We suggest using a method that supplies tracking number. All shipments to Indiana or Kentucky must add 6% sales tax to the purchase price.

All items are covered by manufacturer warranty on parts and labor. We will assist with all warranty issues.

Items shipping from our facility weighing less than 150 lbs will ship UPS ground. Will ship next day or second day air per your request for an additional charge. We insure shipments on our own. Shipping for larger items (over 150 lbs) will ship via common carrier of our choice. We get it to your door. Additional charges for lift gates or special delivery are at your cost. We usually ship the next business day after payment is received. We will send tracking information to the email address used for the sale.

Some welders and/or plasma cutters may not be in stock, and will be ordered from the manufacturer when paid for. It usually only takes a few days to ship to you. Only items marked for international sales will be sold internationally.

NO returns or exchanges unless an agreed upon restocking and shipping charge prior to return or exchange (Exchanges and returns subject to a 20% restock plus both outbound and inbound shipping charges). Read listing carefully for power requirements.
