Please choose your shipping preference: We can ship via surface mail, which can take up to two months. This service costs $4 for the first book and $3 for each book purchased after that. Shipping to the UK is $3 for one book and $2 for each book on top of that. Shipping to Europe and U.S.A is $15 using airmail.
