This is an old Fleischmann HO Scale 2-Axle Track Cleaning Car.

FEATURES: 2-Rail Wheel Sets, 2 circular Felt Disc Pads, Nice weight in car, Removable Plastic Simulated Load cover, Metal Wheels and Axles, Black, White and Red Lettering/Graphics.  About 4 inches long.  Made in Germany.

CONDITION:  This Car is in Good condition.  Clean, no rust, but the sides have some type of liquid stains or bleaching of the color.  The plastic load looks dingy.  The felt pads or soft, not abrasive.  Im do not know the age of this car.
