Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2 Business Day).

The shipping and handling charge for orders within the lower 48 states will be listed in the auction and in the checkouts process.

You may combine shipping if you are bidding on more than one auction, however, you must complete the checkout process within (4) four days of the first winning auction to avoid separate shipping charges.

Return Policy
In order to bring our customers the best quality merchandise at blowout prices, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on. In the rare instance that there is a typographical error in the auction, a shipping error, or the item you received is materially different from the auction description or defective, it may be returned for a credit in the amount of the purchase price (not including shipping) toward a comparable item.
Return Process
Please contact our Customer Service department immediately as every returned item must be accompanied with a valid return authorization number.
