If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Garrett Optical, you may return the product in original condition within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund, less our actual shipping costs. We will also offer to work with you to solve the problem you are experiencing, either through repair or exchange, as appropriate. Please note that in the case of international orders, the cost for us of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer is the customer's responsibility - for domestic exchanges, we will cover the cost of returning the item to the customer. You must contact us via email prior to shipping your return to request authorization, otherwise a restocking fee will be charged. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. If the product is not in original condition when returned or is returned after the stated return period has expired, Garrett Optical may still accept the return; however, because the product must be resold as “used”, the purchaser will be charged an appropriate restocking fee to cover our cost of repairs and/or the discount that the damaged item must be re-sold at.
