NOT PEACE BUT A SWORD V SHEEAN 1939 HB DJ 1ST? VRY GD

Here is a nice book in very good condition for this age. It is an HB, it has a DJ and it looks like a first edition, it says 1939, and it smells nice. This is a Doubleday book.  This is a medium sized thick book. The  book is very good and readable. It has 2 ownerships on the first leaf, one embossed and one written.  The DJ has a tinge more than normal wear with a couple of edge tears, not bad though. This has the uneven pages on the edge and they are dark in some places.  The back and front covers are slightly rounded, not really warped.  All in all, it's in good condition for reading purposes.  I could not find any other notable dings or marks.  This also has a chapter on the triumph of the Swastika.  It has Hitler on the DJ. I feel that this is an important book.  This book could be cleaned up, it's tight, solid and I feel very good for age.   #933e15-025   

  When I ship books, I put them in bubble wrap and make a new book wrap out of cardboard. If it's going to Hawaii or Alaska, it'll be first or priority and usually cost more. Parcel post or media could take 6 weeks and that's not quick shipping.  I am quoting flat rate media to lower 48 on regular books. I have never had a problem with a book yet.

All buyers should contact me within 3 days and finalyze payment in 7 days.  E-Checks take 4 days to clear.  If I have multiple bidders and you don't contact me, I will offer it to the next bidder after 7 days.  If single bidder, I relist it after 8 days.   The Ebay policy on flat rate shipping is ok for common books but if you are waiting for a rare book you might want to pay extra for priority or at least $.75 for confirmation.  Otherwise, if you don't accept it somehow the PO discards it.  If the book is too big for flat rate I will advise you.
