3) INSURANCE:  If you have insured your item than you implicity agree to follow all requirements of the insurance company to process a claim--this basically means you need to wait the appropriate amount of time before placing the claim with my insurance company and you need to fax a signed affidavit to the insurance company.  Not doing so will breach this sales contract.  The post office offers a modicum of insurance on all priority packages automatically.
