Occasionally Outdoorsportstop will list used or re-useable items such as empty hulls for re-loading.  In any such instance, it will be noted that the items are, in fact, used and we will describe the items to the best of our ability.

All other items, whether new, used or refurbished, will be described and pictured as thoroughly as possible.

The relationship between the Seller and Buyer is of utmost importance to Outdoorsportstop.  We take great pride in customer satisfaction and treating our customers fairly.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will attempt to reach a reasonable resolution to the problem quickly.  It is requested that the Seller be contacted directly to rectify any situation before negative feedback is posted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Winning/highest bidder will be considered the “Buyer” at the close of an auction.

• Those who purchase items under the “Buy it Now” option (where applicable) will assume immediate responsibility as the Buyer.

• Preferred method of payment is through the PayPal system.  Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received and/or cleared.

• Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (additional charges may apply to destinations outside the United States, APO or Military destinations.)

• Final cost including applicable taxes and shipping will be provided to the Buyer within two (2) business days after the close of an auction.

• If Buyer does not remit payment within two (2) days of the notification of final cost or if Buyer does not contact Seller to make payment arrangements within that time, Seller reserves the right to void the sale and re-post the item(s) on another auction.

• Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.  Additional shipping and/or handling charges will apply to large items or those needing special or protective packaging.  All items will be packaged as carefully as possible by Seller to protect the item(s) from damage.

• Multiple items purchased by the same Buyer will be packaged together, if possible, to ensure the lowest shipping cost.

• Seller will not confirm delivery to any address.  Buyer is responsible for contacting Seller if an item is not received within a reasonable time frame.  Please note that Seller may track certain shipments at their own discretion at no cost to Buyer.

• Seller is not responsible for items returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by Buyer.  If any item is returned to Seller by the carrier, a reasonable attempt will be made by the Seller to re-ship the product.  If additional charges apply, Seller will contact Buyer as soon as possible to obtain the correct shipping information and collect payment of any additional shipping charges.

• Seller is not responsible for damages caused by carrier or from misuse of product.

• Items will be delivered in the original manufacturer packaging and/or condition.   Please note that some items will have all original tags attached but may not have a manufacturer package.  Those items will be shipped in the condition it was received by Seller from the manufacturer.  Some items may be removed from the original packaging in order to reduce the cost and/or size of the shipment. 

RETURN POLICY

• Buyer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.  If Buyer is not satisfied with the item(s) purchased, Buyer must contact Seller within five (5) days after receipt of product.  Otherwise all sales are FINAL.

• Seller will accept returns only after proper notification and reasonable dissatisfaction of item is given (Reminder: any questions regarding specific size, weight, use, versatility, material, proper care, assembly, fit etc. of an item should be clarified prior to bidding on an item.)

• Buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with return of the purchased product in the original packaging or as originally shipped by Seller.

• Any items returned without the original tags or packaging will result in a refund of 50% of the purchase price only.  If the returned item(s) is damaged in any way, an additional percentage of reasonable proportion will be deducted from the refund amount.  It is suggested that shipping insurance be purchased by the Buyer to protect any item(s) being returned.

• Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment, less shipping/handling charges, and only after the returned merchandise is received and inspected by Seller.
