ATS will accept returns as long as the item is returned in original packing, undamaged, and unused within a return ship date no later then five business days past delivery date. Merchandise that meets requirements will be eligible for exchange or credit.

Q) Am I ordering the correct lamp? A) The first way to assure yourself that you are ordering the appropriate lamp for your tanning equipment is to reference the numbers and letters on the lamps currently installed. If you find a matching F71 or F73 to correspond with the auction then go ahead and order that length. If the numbers and letter make no sense, then you may remove a lamp and check the end for either a black clip or two prongs (bi-pins). Bi-Pins will always be an F71 lamps. A black clip can mean either an F72 or more likely an F73. If all else fails and you are left uncertain, please either e-mail all letters and numbers or call toll free and ask a representative.
