SHIPPING

MsFrugaLady's Items are NOT PRE-PACKED for Shipping.  Since it is not feasible to stock all sizes of boxes in the home-office, seller uses "recycled" materials [newspaper, circulars, cardboard] for packing items. 
 

Calculated shipping charges are based upon estimated packed weight, travel distance, and dimensions of package. Miscellaneous costs may also be included in the total shipping charges. Always consider the S&H charges before bidding, buying, and/or making a best offer.

  • Shipping insurance does not cover cost of shipping & handling.
  • For UPS shipments, a Physical Address must be provided - No P.O. BOXES.
  • No local pickup.

Although I gently clean or machine-wash second-hand, used items before picture-taking OR before packing for shipping,  I strongly suggest buyers to clean ALL used items before using - particularly those to be used for wearing, cooking, and/or for use by children.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

ALL ITEMS are SOLD AS DESCRIBED.  Items are Sold “As Is” Stated/Pictured.

For Item-Listings which reflect that Returns are Accepted, within 3 DAYS of receiving item, Buyer must CONTACT SELLER via ebay’s EMAIL system WITH REASON for return. Since items are sold as is described, it is at Seller's discretion to accept returns.  After/If Seller agrees to accept return of item, Buyer must SHIP item including all parts and manufacturer-packaging within 3 DAYS.  Shipping is provided at BUYER’S EXPENSE. Seller will not refund and will not reimburse buyer for Shipping, Packing, and/or Handling costs. REFUND may be provided for SALE PRICE ONLY and VIA PAYPAL ACCOUNT ONLY.
