So anything below a 5 Is BAD. EXAMPLE, I sell 10 items each buyer leaves a 4 Makes my score a 4 ( People don't like or feel good about leaving perfect scores because nothing is perfect) But in this case I will be prevented from selling on ebay at least a suspention for awhile.
