This vintage coffee mug shows the sweet Morton Salt girl with her big umbrella leaving a trail of salt.Below her is the registered trademark When It Rains It POURS.Below that in the right corner is the date 1914.This design is on both sides of the mug.
The mug measures 2 ¾” by 3 ¾” and is ivory with blue details.This sweet bit of nostalgia doesn’t have any markings and I don’t know how old it is.I believe it is a replica of the original 1914 design, probably from the 70’s.It’s a great advertising piece and brings back memories of a simpler time.
This mug is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing that I can see.It’s a nice size – not too big – for a nice cup of coffee or tea.I have another Morton Salt mug with the 1921 logo available in another auction.

I recycle shipping supplies when I can but usually have to purchase new shipping materials -- boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. On domestic shipments, I always add a Delivery Confirmation Number.
