U.S. Shipping

For Domestic sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and use USPS Priority Mail,or UPS Ground for items weighing four pounds and up. Please note that these services do not provide tracking information. They can however, provide a confirmation of delivery. 

Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses

Items delivered to P.O. Boxes weighing Four (4) Pounds or more will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

Return Policy


Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of Delivery. Item(s) Must Be Unopened and in original packaging.  Due to manufacturer's policy, Warrantied or Defective Items Must Be Returned Directly to Manufacturers. You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning an item to us. We do not accept returns on opened RTR's, Nitro Engines, or Electronics.

Additional shipping charges for returns or exchanges shall be provided by the buyer.

For returns or exchanges, please read the following:

1) Item must be unopened
2) Request RMA number by emailing us at ebay@pchobbies.com (subject: RETURNS).

Also please include in the body of the email the following:

  • Name as it appears on your Ebay account.
  • Ebay item number of  your purchase

  • Reason for return or exchange
