When will my order ship?


Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours, however some personalized or special order items may take 7-10 days.  Special order items are indicated as such in our on-line catalog.  Please make sure you are aware if an item is personalized or special order.

Claims and Returns:

  • If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact us through EBAY EMAIL ONLY. Please have your order date and ebay user ID when you email us so we can look up order. 
  • Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days of customer's receipt of merchandise.
  • All returns subject to a 25% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.
  • All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
  • No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.
  • Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.

USA: Shipping by UPS based on weight and location. Item ships direct from Georgia. The closer you live to GA the cheaper shipping will be. We use California as our furthest point for this listing, so e-mail us for shipping for your state OR make your purchase and we will refund any overpayment in shipping fees (within the same day). AK, HI, & PR please email us for a shipping quote as we may need to ship yours a different way due to your location. Free shipping (only on select items) applies only to continental U.S. because they ship UPS.

INTERNATIONAL: We gladly accept orders from other countries, please email us for shipping quotes. All orders to Canada will ship direct to you from GA location. All other countries will ship from our Hammond location. Shipping cost shown for Canada may be more or less, depends on your exact location. Canadian orders only: You may for an extra $20.95 opt to have the customs fees taken care of by shipping UPS Worldease, please email us if interested in this optional service and we can bill through paypal.

Handling Time: We ship pretty fast, within 1-2 business days in most cases. We will always notify you if there will be a delay. See the UPS ground ship map (below) to determine transit time for your order. Rush orders: We do offer UPS 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day. Please contact us for more information. We are an authorized Kate Aspen retailer, watch out for those that use "middle men" as they may not have the same track record of reliability that we have since we get them direct and are authorized to sell them.

U.S. and Canadian orders will ship direct from our manufacturer to save time and shipping costs via UPS. AK, HI, PR and all other countries will be shipped by us using USPS Priority International but there may be a small charge to cover shipping to us first.
