SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ~ Shipping/Handling fees are outlined in the Shipping section of the listing. Our products are shipped via the US Postal Service, unless stated otherwise. Majority of our orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after an auction/purchase has ended and payment has been received and cleared. (We ship Monday through Friday)
MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES/DISCOUNTS ~ When you purchase multiple items from us, it should automatically be recalculated for you in the checkout section. If for some reason it is not, Don't Pay for it, just agree to pay later, we will then invoice you the correct amount. If you DO PAY, and it is to much we will automatically CREDIT you for the difference when your items have shipped. Remember to use the eBay email system so that, we can answer you in a timely manner. Feel free to purchase multiple items in confidence. Discounts are not available for combined purchases under $15.00, so don't bother asking...
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED ~ WITH ALL U.S. SHIPMENTS. This information wil be added into the tracking information area on your PayPal account. Puerto Rico and Hawaii shipments include tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ~ are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service via First Class International Mail or Priority Mail. A Customs Declaration Number will be provided once the item has been shipped. This wil be added into the tracking information area on your PayPal account. PACKAGE TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SHIPMENTS, SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.

RETURN POLICY NEW ~ Panda Communications has a limited warrantee on everything we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to me (WITH IN 7 DAYS), less shipping and handling. If item is brand new, in a sealed package, and the package was opened, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Once again, shipping is non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY CLEAR SECURITY TYPE HEADSETS, ~ Due to Sanitary and Health issues any headset that has a MUSHROOM, K-FLEX or and other in the ear type TIp, is non-returnable or refundable unless deemed defective in materials and or workmanship.
DEFECTS ~ If an item is defective it will be my choice to refund the full purchase price or replace the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact must be a made before any presumed defective item's are returned. Item's returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement or refund will be issued immediately. All refunds/credits will be issued the same way they were paid for. Item's returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. I have a very low defect rate on all items I sell.

Panda Communications, offers a 30 days (from date of shipment) return and exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return them within 30 days for a full price refund (Shipping cost is not refundable) or for an exchange.
All returns must be pre-approved by Emailing to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please provide the buyer's Ebay ID and item number and a description of the issue. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process.
Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
We will ship the replacement once we have received and processed the returned item(s). If you request for a refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). All refunds will be limited to and based on the CURRENT price of the item minus any restocking fees.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping back to Panda Communications. By initiating the RMA process customers agrees to all decisions by the Panda Communications RMA Department and all decisions are final.
