Elegant Victorian period design, English silver photograph frame. The silver is of the finest quality: The Hallmarks are:

v      999 Numerical Mark – Highest Quality Silver: 99.9% Pure

v      Makers Mark - PVF

v      Date Letter Mark

The silver is simply embossed in a lovely understated style, unusual for the period. The frame has a solid mahogany veneer wooden back and strut complete with a genuine moire watered silk lining. The purest quality unalloyed silver displays a depth of colour not found on lower grade silver items.

Unlike so many now on ebay, this silver frame is not mass-produced but beautifully hand-made, using the finest materials, by one of the best english silver frame makers: PVF. Brand new in a strong card box it has never been used so no dings, dents or scratches, a beautiful quality item.
