RETURN POLICY

Customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise (all sales are final after 7 days). We will provide a return authorization number along with the return address.

Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges: Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee of $7.50 will be charged per item. Refunds: Items received within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges.

Items returned and received after 30 days of the original ship date will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.

Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Include in your shipment a copy of the original packing slip and a letter stating the reason for the return. Enclose the letter with the merchandise you are returning. All shipping fees are non-refundable. which includes the original shipping fee charged upon purchase and any shipping fees incurred to return the merchandise.

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received at the return address and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
