RETURN POLICY
If customer changes their mind and wants to return an item, they must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise (all sales are final after 7 days). We will provide a return authorization number along with the return address. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. All shipping fees are non-refundable, which includes the original shipping fee charged upon purchase and any shipping fees incurred to return the merchandise.

KidKraft products have a 90-day replacement part warranty for merchandise that is received damaged or with manufactural defects. Contact us for details.

Special order or personalized items are non-returnable.

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received at the return address and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
