Warranty- 30 Days: Items are in used condition unless stated otherwise. Some products may fall under original manufacture warranty. If product is not working, customer must return product with RMA# (Return Merchandise Auth.). A refund or replacement of part will be given upon inspection of returned product and serial #s.

We barcode each part with Tamper Evident Seals, to protect both buyer and seller. If product is in stock we will replace, if out of stock we will refund if product fails tests and has tamper tag still in place.

NOTE: Removing Tamper Tag will void your warranty. We stand behind our product and if you feel necessary to remove our tag be sure to test product first, because we will not accept any returns without our tamper tag or with a broken/tampered tag.

So in plain English if you take our tag off so your customer does not know where the parts came from, then test it 1st, because no tamper tag, no replacement. The Tamper Tag has a serial # and that is the only one documented.

No returns on products sold in "as is" condition.
