Item Description - Brand New Projector Replacement Bulb

Brand new replacement lamp bulb (manufactured by Philips, made in Belgium) for LCD & DLP Projectors. The bulb has never been fired before. The replacement bulb is a bare bulb unit without the cartridge (housing) that you can save money by replacing only the projector bulb rather than the whole bulb bundle. Below is the Projector Model Compatibility Table for the bulb:

Caution - Be Aware of Filament-exchanged Bulb

There are many eBay sellers selling unreasonable cheap "filament-exchanged" bulbs. Based on manufacturer's data, 30-50% of filament-exchanged bulbs would explode within their labeled bulb life. These sellers exchange the bulb filament/core by manually installing the filament/core and adjusting its position without computer-assistant alignment.

Usually, these sellers CLAIM "they can rebuild the projector bulb" or CLAIM "they need to recycle your old projector bulbs because of federal regulation for toxic mercury".

We only sell manufacture projector bulbs. All our projector bulbs are strictly tested between each batches.

Terms

1.

Buyer has to inform seller the projector model. We only ship out after we confirm the compatibility of your projector model

2.

For some special projector lamp cartridges (Please check with seller), we will ask buyer to send the lamp cartridge to us for installation. We will cover up to $5 USD shipping fee. In case buyer wants to install the bulb himself, buyer will have to waive warranty and return policy.

 

Payment

1.

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks as well as Money Wire Transfers

• We will only accept PayPal payment with a confirmed address.

• Money Orders and Cashiers Check will be held for 2-3 business days to allow time to clear with our bank.

• Personal Checks will be held for 3-4 business days to allow time for check to clear with our bank.

• Please email us for Bank Information to precede with Money Wire Transfers.
2.

All items are subject to availability. We do our absolute best to insure all items represented in our auction listings are in stock. Occasionally, an item may be placed on back order or out of stock. In the event that your item has been placed on back order, you will be notified of an estimation of arrival time or have the option of a full refund.

3.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If after 7 days we have not received payment without notification, we will file for an eBay unpaid item dispute, and we will resell the item.

Shipping

Our standard carrier is USPS for all US and International orders. However, we may ship through other carriers at our own discretion.

2.

Most of our orders will ship within 24 hours by USPS Priority Mail after your payment is received and cleared.

3.

International buyer has to provide telephone number for international shipping.

4.

An email will be sent once your item is shipped.

Warranty & Return Policy

1.

Each bulb comes with 30-day warranty except artificial damage.

2.

Item must be returned within 7 days after receipt in case of DOA or wrong type (not used and it doesn't fit). Refund will be given as merchandise credit. Exchange will be given toward correct bulb or replacement. Buyer has to pay the shipping.

3.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4.

Merchandise must be shipped back in same manner as shipped by us, and must be received by us in the same condition as received by buyer.

5.

Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. Serial numbers are recorded.

In case of DOA, all returns must be made within 7 days after receipt. All returns or exchanges must be in original packing and the projector bulb must not be fired or used. To prevent any dishonest buyers returning their old defective bulb and keeping the new one, buyers have to return defective bulb and the bulb cartridge for investigation. Buyers have to pay return shipping fee.
